Season both sides of chicken with salt and pepper.  Add to hot oiled pan and sear on both sides.  Pour 1 cup Habby Too Chipotle BBQ Sauce over chicken, turn to coat evenly.  Reduce heat to medium, cover and simmer until chicken is no longer pink, turning once. (8-10 minutes) Add more sauce if needed.   Remove from heat.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Split buns and spread Habby Too Chipotle BBQ Sauce on each side. Form into 4 thick patties.&lt;br /&gt;Make a pocket in each patty and insert a generous supply of crumbled bleu cheese.&lt;br /&gt;Place on grill until desire doneness is reached.&lt;br /&gt;Top with more crumbled bleu cheese and more Habby Bleu BBQ Sauce.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Don't like bleu cheese?  Use Habby Too Original or Chipotle and leave the crumbled bleu cheese out. Pour bottle of Green Chile BBQ Sauce over roast. Turn crock pot to low heat and cook 10-12 hours.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Using two forks, pull the pork meat apart in strings. Add more BBQ sauce if more moisture is needed (this is a good time to add Habby Too Original or Chipotle if you want a little heat).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pile high on hogie buns and top with cheese slices, tomatoes, onions, etc.</description><link>http://www.habbytoo.com/blog/2008/04/pulled-pork-sandwiches.html</link><author>noreply@blogger.com (Linda's Legacy)</author></item><item><guid isPermaLink='false'>tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6419491081978684865.post-5011376335566202743</guid><pubDate>Sat, 12 Apr 2008 20:36:00 +0000</pubDate><atom:updated>2008-04-12T13:55:05.797-07:00</atom:updated><title>World Famous Buffalo Wings</title><description>5 lbs    chicken wings (drumettes are the best)&lt;br /&gt;2 qts    chicken stock&lt;br /&gt;1 btl     Habby Too Original, Habby Bleu, Habby Too Chipotle, or Habby Too Green Chile&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Place chicken wings in large stock pot and add enough chicken stock to cover.&lt;br /&gt;Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes; until chicken is almost done.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Spread near-done wings on an oiled rack on grill set to medium high heat (4-6 inches from coals for briquet grills).  Slather wings with your favorite Habby Too BBQ sauce. Turn after 3-5 minutes and slather wings again.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Serve hot with your favorite bleu cheese salad dressing (we recomment Boise Bleu - www.boisebleu.com).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Serves 10-12.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Don't have a barbequer? Just use the broiler in your stove.  Place near-done wings on broiler pan and place under broiler 4-6 inches from heat.
