Ultimate BBQ Bleu Cheese Burgers

1 lb Gound beef
1 pkg Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1 T Habby Bleu
Crumbled bleu cheese

Heat grill to medium high heat.
mix onion soup mix, Habby Bleu and ground beef together. Form into 4 thick patties.
Make a pocket in each patty and insert a generous supply of crumbled bleu cheese.
Place on grill until desire doneness is reached.
Top with more crumbled bleu cheese and more Habby Bleu BBQ Sauce.

Don't like bleu cheese? Use Habby Too Original or Chipotle and leave the crumbled bleu cheese out. Top with your favorite cheddar, swiss or monterey jack cheese after cooking.
